Walk the path of Ki & Zen .
A Moment to Pause and Listen Within
You may be doing your best each day,
yet still feel that something is missing.
Even after resting, a heaviness may remain
in both your mind and body.
Perhaps what we need is not always something more,
but a way to reconnect with the self
we have gradually forgotten.
Spring of Life is a place to rediscover the vitality already within us and restore harmony among mind, body, and spirit.
Pause for a moment with Master Eun
and listen to the quiet voice of life within.

Cheonsu Healing requires no special knowledge or preparation.
It is a time to become still, release tension,
and gently return your awareness to the natural rhythm of life.
Sometimes the body recognizes what words cannot explain.
A sense of strain or inner heaviness may begin to soften as we become more attentive to ourselves.
Cheonsu Healing does not promise to solve everything for us.
It is a small doorway through which we may begin to recognize the vitality that has always been within.
Sessions are available at DIPS Ki Wellness in Sakai, Osaka, as well as at selected events and introductory workshops.

A Seed in the Heart
A Fragment of the Universe Within You
This forthcoming English booklet is based on the original Korean text and the Japanese edition, A Grain of the Heart, A Fragment of the Universe.
It carries reflections born from teachings first encountered in Korea and tested through seventeen years of life in Japan—through family hardship, human relationships, practice, and the search for the heart of life itself.
This is not intended to provide every answer.
It is being prepared as a small signpost for those seeking to reconnect with their original vitality and return to their true selves.
The English edition is currently being carefully revised so that its meaning can be understood naturally within an English-speaking cultural context.

For Those Who Wish to Go Deeper
From Experience to Daily Practice
The warmth or stillness felt during Cheonsu Healing is not necessarily something entirely foreign or newly added from outside.
It may be a faint recognition of the vitality
that has always existed within us.
Haneul 12 Jinbup is a path of practice through which that experience can be deepened and gradually brought into everyday life.
Rather than leaving it as a passing moment,
we learn to cultivate it through our own mind and body.
Haneul 12 Jinbup

Haneul 12 Jinbup is a structured practice combining Cheonmun recitation, mindful movement, and seated practice.
During each session, which lasts approximately one hour, practitioners settle the body, quiet the mind, and deepen their connection with their original vitality.
It is more than physical exercise
or the repetition of outward forms.
As the body becomes more balanced, the mind may grow quieter.
As the mind becomes clearer, we may begin to see ourselves and our lives from a different perspective.
A path can be shown to us,
but no one else can walk our inner path on our behalf.
Spring of Life
Spring of Life is not a place that promises special powers or instant transformation.
It is a place where people can reconnect with the life force already within them, restore harmony among mind, body, and spirit, and learn to bring their inner light into daily life.
Awakening is not reserved for one extraordinary person.
A new age begins quietly as each person becomes more aware of their own heart and allows that awareness to reach their relationships, their community, and the world around them.
Spring of Life seeks to accompany that quiet transformation.
You do not need to understand everything before beginning.
Start with one sentence that touches your heart,
one experience, or one small step.
